
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- Raw Cashew Butter (as much as you’d like to use)
- 32g Dark Chocolate (3 big squares)
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a plate with parchment or waxed paper and set it aside.
- Slice bananas into about half an inch thick. Put a teaspoon of raw cashew butter on one slice of banana and top with another slice of banana.
- Place them on the lined plate and freeze for at least 20 mins.
- Mix chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Place the bowl in another bowl with hot water inside to melt them. You could always place the bowl over boiling water.
- Once the banana sandwich is chilled, dip it into the melted chocolate mixture and place it back onto the lined plate.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before the chocolate solidifies. Repeat with remaining banana sandwiches.
- Freeze for at least 30 mins.
- Enjoy now or transfer them to a freezer-friendly container to enjoy later.
Notes:
- Store in an air-tight, freezer-friendly container in the freezer for up to a month.
