Table of Contents

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • Raw Cashew Butter (as much as you’d like to use)
  • 32g Dark Chocolate (3 big squares)
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a plate with parchment or waxed paper and set it aside.
  2. Slice bananas into about half an inch thick. Put a teaspoon of raw cashew butter on one slice of banana and top with another slice of banana.
  3. Place them on the lined plate and freeze for at least 20 mins.
  4. Mix chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Place the bowl in another bowl with hot water inside to melt them. You could always place the bowl over boiling water.
  5. Once the banana sandwich is chilled, dip it into the melted chocolate mixture and place it back onto the lined plate.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before the chocolate solidifies. Repeat with remaining banana sandwiches.
  7. Freeze for at least 30 mins.
  8. Enjoy now or transfer them to a freezer-friendly container to enjoy later.

Notes:

  • Store in an air-tight, freezer-friendly container in the freezer for up to a month.
