Ingredients

  • 1 c Raw Milk
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cream (Optional)
  • 1 Pasture-raised Egg
  • 1 tbsp Grass-fed Collagen Powder
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Raw Ginger (or powder)
  • A pinch of Redmond Real Salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar: In a jar or glass, combine all the ingredients. 
  2. Blend: Stir or blend everything together until smooth.
  3. Enjoy immediately—or refrigerate overnight and drink in the morning.

Tips & Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more raw cream to the mix.
  • Adjust spice levels to your taste—add more cinnamon for warmth or ginger for a kick.
