Quick Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Pasture-raised Eggs
  • Raw Grass-fed Cheese
  • Whatever fillings you like (I like to use leftover vegetables and meat from the night before)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Grass-fed Butter
  • A pinch of Redmond Real Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs – In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Prepare the pan – Heat raw butter or tallow in a stainless steel pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the eggs – Pour the egg mixture into the pan, tilting it slightly to spread evenly.
  4. Add fillings – Once the eggs begin to set, sprinkle cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat over one half od the omelette.
  5. Fold & serve – Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. Cook for another 30 seconds, then slide onto a plate.
  6. Enjoy! – Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.

Notes:

  • Experiment with different fillings like tomatoes, feta, or smoked salmon!
