
Ingredients
- 2 Organic Pasture-raised Eggs
- Raw Grass-fed Cheese
- Whatever fillings you like (I like to use leftover vegetables and meat from the night before)
- 1 tbsp Raw Grass-fed Butter
- A pinch of Redmond Real Salt
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs – In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Prepare the pan – Heat raw butter or tallow in a stainless steel pan over medium heat.
- Cook the eggs – Pour the egg mixture into the pan, tilting it slightly to spread evenly.
- Add fillings – Once the eggs begin to set, sprinkle cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat over one half od the omelette.
- Fold & serve – Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. Cook for another 30 seconds, then slide onto a plate.
- Enjoy! – Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.
Notes:
- Experiment with different fillings like tomatoes, feta, or smoked salmon!
